Refund Policy

At Kiradu Classes, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with our educational services. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a course, you may be eligible for a refund based on the following conditions. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to kiraduclasses@gmail.com within seven days of the course start date. The refund amount will be subject to a deduction of any applicable administrative fees. Refunds will not be issued for courses that have been partially or fully completed. In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen personal situations, we may consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please allow up to 14 business days for the processing of refund requests.
